Four inner work sessions via video call (2.5 hours each) over a course of 4-6 weeks
Support through email or text correspondence in between sessions. Share what you are going through and receive my reply within 24 hours
Short exercise after each session to bring inner work into your daily life
A 30 mins concluding session at the end
